Digital Worker Status

Every Digital Worker moves through a pipeline from hire to live. Here’s a quick reference for each status.

The dashboard status badge doesn’t always refresh automatically. If a worker appears stuck, do a manual page refresh to fetch the latest status.

Why Isn’t My Worker Taking Calls?

Even when your worker shows Active, calls won’t connect unless:
  1. A channel is connected (phone or email)
  2. The channel itself is Active (not Provisioning or Suspended)
  3. Your account is in good standing (no billing issues)
If you see a banner saying “your team members are paused”, this is an account-level billing issue. Go to Billing in your dashboard to resolve it.
