Find solutions to common Agntic issues.

Account Issues

Try these steps:
  1. Check you’re using the correct email
  2. Reset password via “Forgot Password”
  3. Check spam for verification emails
  4. Clear browser cache and try again

  1. Check spam/junk folder
  2. Add noreply@agntic.ai to contacts
  3. Request a new verification email from login page
Verification links expire after 24 hours.
After multiple failed login attempts, accounts lock temporarily.Wait 30 minutes, then try again. Or reset your password.

Agent Issues

If under 5 minutes: Normal. Wait for processing.If over 10 minutes:
  1. Refresh the page
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Contact us if still stuck
The agent couldn’t be created. Common causes:
  • Network issue during interview
  • Temporary system issue
Solution: Create a new agent. If it fails again, contact us with the error message.
Check these three things in order:
  1. Worker status: Is it showing Active? If Error or Pending, wait or retry.
  2. Channel connected: Does the worker have a phone or email channel? Check the Channels tab.
  3. Account status: Do you see a warning banner at the top of the dashboard? If so, resolve the billing issue first.
If you see “your team members are paused”, this is an account-level billing issue, not a worker status. Go to Billing to fix it.
Try calling again. If still not working, contact us.
The voice is generated based on your Tenma interview.To change it:
  1. Go to agent settings
  2. Re-interview with Tenma
  3. Describe the voice you want differently

Channel Issues

  1. Verify number is active in agent settings
  2. Wait 5 minutes after adding (provisioning time)
  3. Try calling from a different phone
Some VoIP services may have issues. Try a mobile phone.

Billing Issues

  1. Check card details are correct
  2. Ensure sufficient funds
  3. Contact your bank if blocked
  4. Try a different payment method
Payment retries automatically. Update your card to resolve.
Usage updates every few minutes. If it’s been over an hour:
  1. Refresh the page
  2. Check the date range filter
  3. Contact us if still not updating
