Not everyone uses Agntic the same way. Your account type determines what you can do, who manages your billing, and how you get started.

Individual Plan

For individuals and businesses who sign up directly. Fixed monthly subscription with included minutes.

Agency Partner

For agencies and MSPs that manage AI Workforces across multiple clients. Pay-as-you-go billing.

Managed Client

For clients whose agency has set up and manages Agntic on their behalf. No direct billing.

You have an Individual Plan. You pay a monthly subscription that includes a set amount of minutes. You manage your own billing, plan, and Digital Workers.
You are a Managed Client. Your agency handles all billing. Contact them for account or usage questions.
You are an Agency Partner. You pay only for minutes used across all client accounts. You have access to the Reseller Portal to manage client accounts.

Individual Plan

Who it’s for: Individuals and businesses who want to recruit and manage their own AI Workforce directly. Billing model: Subscription-based. You pay a fixed monthly fee that includes a set amount of minutes. What you get:

Agency Partner

Who it’s for: Agencies, MSPs, and consultants who deliver AI Workforce services to multiple clients. Billing model: Pay-as-you-go. You pay only for minutes actually consumed across all client accounts. No fixed subscription fee. Ideal for variable or high-volume usage. What you get:
  • A dedicated dashboard to manage all client accounts from one place
  • Usage and cost visibility across your entire client portfolio
  • Ability to create and manage Managed Client accounts
  • Monthly invoicing consolidated across your own usage and all clients under you

Managed Client

Who it’s for: Businesses whose agency has provisioned Agntic on their behalf. Billing model: None. Your agency handles all billing. You never see invoices or usage costs from Agntic directly. What you can do:
  • Recruit and manage Digital Workers
  • Add Work Channels (phone, email)
  • View your team’s usage activity
  • Invite and manage your own team members

  • All billing and payment
  • Account provisioning
  • Usage allocation
