The Recruitment Interview
When you click Recruit a Digital Worker, you start a conversation with Tenma. The interview typically takes 3–5 minutes and covers five areas:Business Context
Tenma asks about your business: what you do, who your customers are, and what problems you’re solving for them.
Role Definition
Describe what you need the Digital Worker to handle: customer support, appointment enquiries, after-hours calls, and so on.
Personality & Tone
Specify how the worker should sound: professional, friendly, casual, or formal. Tenma shapes the Employment Contract accordingly.
Knowledge & Policies
Share the information your worker needs: business hours, pricing, FAQs, things they must never say.

Updating Your Worker’s Employment Contract
