Recruiter Tenma

Tenma is Agntic’s AI Recruiter. Instead of filling out configuration forms or writing JSON, you have a natural conversation with Tenma. Tenma handles everything else.
Think of Tenma as your dedicated HR department for AI employees. You describe the role, and Tenma handles the hiring.

The Recruitment Interview

When you click Recruit a Digital Worker, you start a conversation with Tenma. The interview typically takes 3–5 minutes and covers five areas:
1

Business Context

Tenma asks about your business: what you do, who your customers are, and what problems you’re solving for them.
2

Role Definition

Describe what you need the Digital Worker to handle: customer support, appointment enquiries, after-hours calls, and so on.
3

Personality & Tone

Specify how the worker should sound: professional, friendly, casual, or formal. Tenma shapes the Employment Contract accordingly.
4

Knowledge & Policies

Share the information your worker needs: business hours, pricing, FAQs, things they must never say.
5

Review & Confirm

Tenma summarises the full Job Description. You confirm or request adjustments before the hire is submitted.

What Tenma Delivers

Based on your interview, Tenma generates a complete Employment Contract:

Tips for a Great Interview

Instead of “we sell products,” say “we sell handmade jewellery, mostly engagement rings and wedding bands for couples aged 25–40.”
“I want someone who sounds like a friendly receptionist at a boutique dental clinic” gives Tenma far more to work with than “professional.”
Tell Tenma the top 5 questions your customers ask. Your Digital Worker will be ready to answer them from day one.
“Never discuss pricing over the phone” or “Always ask for the caller’s email before ending the call” helps Tenma write a precise Scope of Work.

Updating Your Worker’s Employment Contract

After hiring, you can update any part of the Employment Contract directly from the worker’s profile in the dashboard:

Contract view (click Edit)Quick access to a specific section without navigating tabs
Knowledge tabAdding new FAQs, policies, or business information
After saving any change, your worker briefly reprocesses and returns with the updated details. Typically under a minute.
