Usage-Based Billing

Agntic runs on a usage-based billing model. You pay for the minutes your Digital Workers spend on active calls. Think of it like payroll: your AI Employees are only on the clock when they’re working.
No per-seat fees. No monthly minimums. Your workforce costs only scale when your call volume scales.

How Billing Works

1

Platform Access

Access to the Agntic platform is included at no base cost.
2

Work Channel Fees

Each Work Channel (phone number or email address) carries a small monthly provisioning fee.
3

Minutes Consumed

Your main cost. You’re billed per minute of session time, measured from when your Digital Worker connects until the session ends, rounded up to the nearest minute.

What Counts as Billable Time

Billing starts when your Digital Worker connects to a session and stops when the session ends. The duration is rounded up to the nearest whole minute.

Connected session time (rounded to nearest minute)Sessions that don’t connect

The same billing applies to all interaction types. Voice calls, chat sessions, and other modalities are all measured by session duration, rounded up to the nearest minute.
