Usage-Based Billing
Agntic runs on a usage-based billing model. You pay for the minutes your Digital Workers spend on active calls. Think of it like payroll: your AI Employees are only on the clock when they’re working. No per-seat fees. No monthly minimums. Your workforce costs only scale when your call volume scales.
How Billing Works
Work Channel Fees
Each Work Channel (phone number or email address) carries a small monthly provisioning fee.
What Counts as Billable Time
Billing starts when your Digital Worker connects to a session and stops when the session ends. The duration is rounded up to the nearest whole minute.| Billed | Never Billed |
|---|---|
| Connected session time (rounded to nearest minute) | Sessions that don’t connect |
| Platform usage and dashboard activity | |
| Tenma recruitment interviews | |
| Editing the Employment Contract |
The same billing applies to all interaction types. Voice calls, chat sessions, and other modalities are all measured by session duration, rounded up to the nearest minute.
