Tips for a Strong Interview
Be specific about your business
Be specific about your business
“We’re a dental office open 8–5 weekdays in Brisbane” is far better than “we’re in healthcare.” Specific context produces a more natural, accurate worker.
List your top FAQs
List your top FAQs
Tell Tenma the 5 most common questions your customers ask. Your worker will be ready to answer them from day one.
Define clear boundaries
Define clear boundaries
Specify what the worker should never discuss or promise. For example, “never quote prices over the phone” or “always collect a callback number before ending the call.”
