Accessing Usage

  1. Click Billing in navigation
  2. Select Usage

Dashboard Metrics

Minutes UsedTotal minutes consumed this billing cycle
Total CallsNumber of calls handled across all agents
Active AgentsAgents with at least one call this period
Below the summary, the Call History table lists each agent with their individual calls, showing the date/time, duration, channel, and status for every interaction.
